Committed to operating a responsible business

We strongly believe that success doesn’t come only with recognition and high revenues but also with how ethically you conduct your work and responsible you are towards society and the environment. We want to have a significant impact in the world and we know that through our work we could address one or several components of social challenges.

For RSVP, 2022 marks the year of further change in the way we design and manage our events by employing processes and procedures that will contribute to a better future for society and the environment, without, of course, neglecting our customers’ needs and requirements.

Always looking forward, making steps towards both reducing our footprint and giving back to the community. Making a shift to more sustainable production and consumption practices making sure that the products & services we buy and provide have the lowest environmental impact and most positive social results. We want our events to be both as climate friendly and socially impactful as possible by recycling, reusing, utilizing eco-friendly and sustainable materials, choosing locally sourced seasonal foods, donating to charities our specialized skills, expertise & talents to help them successfully achieve their mission. We aim to align ourselves with like-minded vendors. Collaborating with and donating to charities such as Boroume, Make a Wish, SOS Children’s Village, The Smile of the Child amongst others motivates us and make us proud of our everyday work.

Leading the event industry for a better future

We are the first event planning company in Greece to announce that as of 2022, we shall design all corporate or private events assigned to us under the following principles to the extend possible:

  • Integrate the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals as a fundamental basis for planning and producing events
  • Reuse and donate decorative materials
  • Sort waste, recycle and compost, where possible
  • Minimise the usage of disposable plastics
  • Minimise food waste and immediately distribute any surplus meals
  • Propose sustainable menus that will include locally sourced & organic ingredients
  • Efficiently manage trips relating to the events and reduce non-essential air flights
  • Constantly search for new sustainable materials and services

It’s not easy and it will take some time to create awareness about the impact of events, to adopt to new design criteria and standards and to create a need in the supply chain accelerating the technological innovations and creating further eco-friendly solutions but we have an obligation as individuals, as professionals and as an industry to take action now more than ever.

Join us in our effort to make an impact not just make amazing events!

Testimonials

"This comes from the heart and trying to express our gratitude to RSVP team and Olga Botonaki herself. Make-A-Wish Greece and our marketing-fundraising team have been working with RSVP in the last 3 years. Never letting us down, they are detailed and keen to meet all expectations. Olga’s responsiveness to urgent matters and last minute challenges makes RSVP team one of the best event planners we’ve ever worked with. They offer their services pro bono but never failed us in terms of quality and personal touch. To all of our requests -namely for two very big and important events- they have always responded on a positive note, focusing on solutions and not problems. More specifically, Make-A-Wish Greece has trusted Olga Botonaki with one major wish «I wish to go to Sugarland» and our yearly Gala dinner. Ever since, Olga has been our «emergency call» in cases of complicated ‘experience’ wishes as well as fundraising and promotion events. Olga and RSVP team are the personalization of «underpromise and overdeliver» being open to bringing their own creative ideas onto what we already had in mind with respect, gentleness in manners and effectiveness. Thank you RSVP. You honor your company’s name as you Respond Sincerely in a Very Passionate and Professional way!"
