A team of high-calibre professionals, both in-house and outsourced, will work together seamlessly under Olga Botonaki’s direction to realise all stages of organising the perfect event. They will develop the initial concept, team up with the right each time contractors, plan every single detail no matter how seemingly little, carry out each necessary step and watch from the wings the event unfold. But even when the last guest has left and the lights have been turned off, they will still be there to make sure the venue is rendered in the state it has been originally received, thank you letters are prepared, photographs chosen and memorabilia sent out.
