On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the Ministry of Tourism and the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels hosted a “Greek Breakfast” at the Museum of Cycladic Art, inviting 27 women ambassadors in Greece, industry leaders, and officials.

Moderated by food journalist @elenipsyhouli, the event featured insightful speeches from Minister of Tourism Ms. Olga Kefalogianni and Chamber Chair Mr. Alexandros Vassilikos.

The event commenced with a private tour of the exhibition “Kykladitisses: Untold Stories of Women in the Cyclades”, a powerful tribute to women’s influence across the centuries.

A grand buffet, curated by chef Argyro Koutsou @argyroification & caterer Popi Begnis @begniscatering, showcased traditional Greek dishes, emphasizing local ingredients from around Greece and culinary heritage, the essence of Greek Breakfast initiative.

A unique display of Greek products by women producers-entrepreneurs offered guests the chance to engage with premium local goods and the inspiring stories behind them.
