For Okeanis Eco Tankers and Kyklades Maritime, we designed and produced a relaxed yet highly curated poolside BBQ for 200 guests at a private villa in Sounio. Finding the right venue was key: a seaside setting that allowed guests to swim, mingle, play games, enjoy cocktails and spend the day in a refined summer atmosphere.

Guests transferred by minivans and RIBs, bespoke branded elements such as embroidered beach towels and jockey hats, customized plexiglass backgammon boards, ice with logo prepared live by the bartending team, navy barrel high tables, specially made shading pergolas, customzed silver barrel bracelet giveaway.

With food curated by renonwed chef Vezene, service & desserts by Begnis Catering and drinks by Bartenders.gr, the event combined effortless seaside fun with premium hospitality and flawless attention to detail.
