“Après Ski” in Athens? Yes, we did.

When you’re an event planner turning 50 in December – the busiest season of the year -and can’t take your guests to the slopes, you bring the slopes to the party.

“50 & Skiζω” came to life in the garden of @thetwentyonehotel, transformed into a cozy alpine lodge: fire pits, fir trees, fur throws, a fur bar, fairy lights, and the kind of music, drinks and décor that made everyone forget they were still in the city.

Glühwein, hot chocolate, and a signature Candy Cane 50 cocktail set the mood for an outdoor celebration amid winter, with fire pits glowing throughout the space, beanies and cozy blankets at the ready, and alpine-inspired décor softened by candlelight. The result was a warm, inviting atmosphere despite the season. After all, at 50, taking risks comes naturally – and after years of stressing over the weather for our clients’ events, we finally embraced a que sera, sera mindset. And it paid off.

Grazing tables, singers performing legends of the last 50 years, @djsartzetakis taking over for a Sunday evening silent disco, a giant pavlova crowned with 50 candles, and the tasteful alpine street food served from our custom food caravan, along with the super-fun service by @thetwentyonehotel, made it all come together.
